Bryce Van Horn is a 2016 RHP/OF, 1B with a 6-3 170 lb. frame from Cape Coral, FL who attends Ida S. Baker. Tall projectable build. Pitches from a three quarter arm slot, long arm action, good extension out front, online delivery with good balance. Mixes pitches well, confident demeanor while facing older competition, threw strikes, flashed good running action on changeup, fastball tails. Still learning how to handle the running game but showed a lot of potential. Interesting young player to follow. Very good student.

Bryce Van Horn is a 2016 RHP/OF with a 6-3 170 lb. frame from Cape Coral, FL who attends Ida S. Baker HS. Tall, slender frame, highly projectable, will fill out. High leg raises, lands slightly open in his delivery, pitches downhill very well, arm action is a little tight, has the tendency to miss to his glove side. Throws a heavy fastball at 73-78 mph with good arm side action. Shows a feel for his changeup, probably his best pitch right now. Pounds the strike zone with his fastball, pitches with confidence. Also a position player, projects better on the mound, has some length to his swing, needs to get more balance, consistent contact. Very good student.
