Anthony Dominguez is a 2016 OF/LHP with a 5-9 170 lb. frame from Fort Worth, TX who attends Chisholm Trail Academy. Strong, athletic build with strength that plays in game action. Ran a 7.36 60-yard dash. Primary outfield, quick actions and attacks the ball, fields out to side, short arm action with a quick transfer, works through the ball well, some effort at release. Topped out at 79 mph on the mound with his fastball, showing some cutting action. Throws from a three-quarter arm slot with a short arm action in the back. Left-handed hitter, starts with hands away from body and a high back elbow, movement in hands pre-pitch. Generates good bat speed in swing, getting the barrel through the zone nicely. Effort in swing, creates leverage with big sound and jump off the barrel. Shows gap-to-gap power with strongest contact to pull side. Named to South Underclass Top Prospect List. Very good student.
