Connor McFadden is a 2016 RHP/OF with a 5-11 150 lb. frame from Fort Washington, PA who attends Upper Dublin. Long frame with a high waist, thin projectable build. Primary pitcher but showed interesting hitting tools and has a chance to develop with the bat. Flashed power to the pull side with a well controlled and balanced swing. Creates leverage with incorporation of lower half, solid bat speed with potential for further development, ball carries well to the pull side. Pitches from a low three quarters arm slot, good tailing action on fastball to the arm side, pitched to both sides of the plate effectively. Good fading life on changeup, big deep sweeping action on curveball, mixed pitches well and showed ability to pitch backwards. Good student.
