Jake Wotell is a 2016 OF/RHP with a 6-0 150 lb. frame from Marvin, NC who attends Marvin Ridge HS. Young, medium build with a lot of room to grow. Raw defensive player, long arm action, still developing arm strength. Slightly open at the plate, narrow stance, bent knees, needs to get lower half more involved, should show improvement with strength and maturity, up the middle contact. Also pitched, up to 74 mph, long arm action. Flashed 11-5 curveball at 66 mph. Good student.
