Brian Morgan is a 2014 3B/1B with a 6-1 185 lb. frame from Kennesaw, GA who attends Allatoona HS. Athletic build with some present strength. Right handed hitter, pre-load/pre-stride approach, inconsistent timing, good loose swing when timing comes together, uppercut swing plane, top spins the ball, flashes some gap pop, will improve with different pre-swing approach. Soft hands defensively, charges the ball well, quick exchange, good throws on the run, arm strength short when feet planted, tends to overstride when throwing. Very good student.
