Nick Hartman is a 2013 RHP with a 6-1 160 lb. frame from Katy, TX who attends Strake Jesuit HS. Slender lanky build, long limbs, lots of room to get stronger. Full turn delivery, upright release, somewhat cross body, 3/4's arm slot, long arm action with very good arm speed. Fastball to 88 mph, has arm side run and sink at times, good downward plane. Good feel for change up, good sink as well, 11/5 curveball is a bit soft but has good spin and shape. Has the arm to improve across the board. Right handed hitter, big hand load with limited weight shift, has some leverage at the ball, mid field contact.
