Case Bongirne is a 2014 RHP/1B with a 6-2 210 lb. frame from New York, NY who attends Martin Luther King Jr. Tall, proportioned frame with a strong lower half. Pitches from a high three-quarter arm slot and has a loose, repeatable arm action. Fastball tops at 78 mph and knows how to vary velocities of his off speed pitches. Mixes his 67 mph curveball well, shows 12-6 shape and can spot it consistently. Likes to use his curveball a lot, but will also show his changeup. Also swung the bat, carries his hands low and works from a slight crouch. Hits to the middle of the field with power. Shows good footwork around first base. Good student.
