Scott Walters is a 2013 OF with a 6-1 205 lb. frame from Tomball, TX who attends Concordia Lutheran HS. Big athletic build, very good upper body strength. Right handed hitter, rotational swing, pulls barrel through zone instead of driving it with his hands, shows lift in swing especially to right centerfield, can improve as hitter with better hand use, definitely strong enough to hit. 7.78 runner, charges the ball hard, aggressive, good hands and footwork at the ball, accurate throws, playable arm strength. Very good student.
