Vincent Ganz is a 2006 infielder from Holy Cross HS in Waterbury, Connecticut, with a thick 5'10"/170 pound frame. Ganz showed smooth hands in the infield with good range. He is certainly not afraid to get dirty. As a right handed hitter, he has an upright stance at the plate and is slightly open. Vincent has a line drive swing plane with a slight uppercut in his swing. He generates lift in his swing and showed very good hat speed. Ganz has good hands as well, and makes consistent contact, indlucing a hard line drive back at the pitcher in game action. Ganz is a good student.
