Tyler Sullivan: Sullivan is a 6-7 right hander with a long and slender 190 lb. body. He was under the weather when he threw in Fort Myers but he still impressed us with his potential. Sullivan relies very heavily on his fastball, which has good plane and running action from a high ¾’s release point and that he can throw for consistent strikes. Sullivan topped out at 84 mph and we could easily see him throwing significantly harder in the future. He threw a couple of 73 mph curveballs that he’ll need to work more on. He projects in a big way.

Tyler is a big projectable RHP. He is tall and lanky with room to fill out. He ran just over a 7 in the 60yd, on a slow track, not bad for a 6'6. His fastball was at 81 with some life, but if his frame fills out he could easily gain many mph. He struggled with command at times with his fastball, but could develop with a little mechanical work. His offspeed stuff is ok and would improve as his fastball gains velocity. Interesting RHP to watch closely. Late bloomer?
