John Vasiliu is a 2015 RHP/OF with a 5-11 175 lb. frame from Wall, NJ who attends The Lawrenceville School. Medium frame, young build with lots of room to fill out and add strength. Pitches from high 3/4 slot, long arm circle, extended release, arm works well. Smooth delivery with online mechanics. Quick worker who threw strikes with fastball. Curveball has 11/5 break. Right handed hitter, simple swing mechanics, tight hands, gets to ball quick and easy. Showed bat speed, swing plane works, power to left-center field. Good student.
