Travis Adams is a 6'2" 175 pound 2006 outfielder and right handed pitcher from Morgan Hill, California who attends Bellamin College Prep. He has a tall lean body and projects more to come. During the workout, he showed a solid arm by throwing 77 mph from the outfield and running a solid 7.33 60. Travis has good sound defensive mechanics and has very balanced footwork with good rhythm. He is very balanced throughout and has a consisten accurate arm. At the plate, he starts with a wide base with some good bat speed. He has bent knees with some weight transfer and makes crisp contact. He hit the ball well the last few days and even showed the ability to steal bases. Adams is a heart of the line up type bat with good speed and long strides to cover ground in the field. Travis is a very god student as well with a 3.8 gpa, an 1810 on his SAT, and a 24 on his ACT.
