Thomas Wiedman - Wiedman is a broad shouldered, well put together, junior corner infield guy from Tennessee. At 6'2/180 he has a good strong baseball body with room left for projection. He appeared to be slightly injured during the workout portion, but he can play. His #1 tool is the bat, he takes an aggressive hack out of a wide stance and high hand set up. He has a quiet well balanced swing. He shows excellent bat speed and he has strong hands. There's some big time power potential in this swing, but right now his stroke is more line drive oriented. Trey is a good student.
