2013 Pitcher/Catcher Indoor Showcase
Jordan Jacobson is a 2013 LHP/1B with a 6-2 175 lb. frame from Lakeville, MN who attends Lakeville North HS. Slender young build, projects well physically. Slow paced delivery, good balance over the rubber, long cross body stride out front, extended mid 3/4's arm slot. Upper 70's fastball, topped out at 81 mph, mostly straight with some sink low in the zone, tends to miss arm side with fastball. Big sweeping curveball with some depth and hard spin, will slow arm on curveball occasionally, developing change up. Key will be developing fastball command in order to best utilize his curveball.
