Ivan Villalba is a 2016 OF/1B with a 6-0 135 lb. frame from Weston, FL who attends Falcon Cove HS. Long thin build, lots of room to fill. Learning to switch hit, shows promise from both sides. Carried himself well against much older competition, was not intimidated. Quick rotational swing, extends arms, uppercut path, lacks balance, good hand-eye coordination, consistently put the ball in play. Accurate throws in game action, good actions. Has a chance to develop into a very solid ballplayer.
