Andres Kim is a 2015 MIF/RHP with a 5-10 155 lb. frame from La Canada, CA who attends Saint Francis. Kim has a medium sized frame with an athletic build. He has developing arm strength with accurate throws. Kim has solid actions and works through the ball well. At the plate, Kim throws his hands to the baseball well and gets extension in his swing. He has some lift in his swing and gets good use from his lower half. Kim has a quick first step and showed good instincts on the base paths. He pitches from a 3/4 arm slot with a clean arm stroke. He throws an 11/5 curve ball with some depth. It's a pitch that shows promise. Very good student.
