Justin Tidwell is a 2013 LHP/ with a 6-1 195 lb. frame from Orange, CA who attends Orange Lutheran. Tidwell has a large frame with some present strength. He pitches from a high 3/4 arm slot and uses a long arm action. He sticks the ball in back and has developing arm speed. Tidwell uses all arm in his delivery and has an upright finish. He gets some slight arm side run on his fastball. Tidwell throws a change up with sink on it and also throws a 12/6 curveball. He will throw with more velocity with lower half adjustments to get better hip rotation. Good student.

Justin Tidwell is a 2013 LHP with a 6-1 190 lb. frame from Orange, CA who attends Orange Lutheran HS. Mature build with some present strength. Works from the stretch exclusively, tall delivery, long arm action in back, shows ball, limited lower 1/2 use coming to the plate, arm works coming through high 3/4's release point. Consistent mid 70's fastball, topped at 76 mph, consistent southpaw tailing action, big soft curveball, stays over curveball well for 2 plane break, rare change up, around the plate with all pitches and competes, makes hitters swing the bat. Good student.
