Steven Ajdinovich is a 2005 catcher/outfielder/1B/RHP from Munster, Indiana. At 6'1", 200 lbs., Steven has a stocky build, and a strong lower half. He showed good lateral movement behind the plate, with quick feet. He has above solid blocking skills and good defensive mechanics. His pop times were (2.10-2.25), and he showed solid arm strength.(74mph) He hits from a slightly open stance, with a late load, and good balance throughout his swing. He has quick hands to the ball, and showed gap to gap line drive ability. He makes solid contact and showed good power. On the mound he has a long arm action, and topped out at 75 mph. He has a big breaking 10-4 curveball with a 63 mph velocity. Steven is a good student, and he will play a high level of college ball.
