Justin Barineau is a 2013 3B/1B/RHP with a 6-0 165 lb. frame from Tallahassee, FL who attends Maclay School. Medium athletic build, some developing strength. Right handed hitter, good swing mechanics, short to the ball, loose tension free swing, line drive plane with some late lift, stays balanced, some bat speed with more to come with added strength. 7.33 runner, long arm action, hands are soft, still working on footwork and lower body actions defensively. Also pitched, full arm action, 3/4's arm slot, good tempo to delivery, works quickly. Upper 70's fastball, good running action, sweeping slurve type breaking ball, occasional change up, throws strikes and works ahead. Good student.
