M Joseph Ramstetter is a 2013 RHP/OF with a 6-4 187 lb. frame from Cincinnati, OH who attends Elder. Large frame with strength and room to fill. Good pitcher's build. Medium arm circle in back, some effort in delivery but arm works well. Showed looseness in arm and velocity that projects. Off-speed pitch is 71 mph curveball with 11/5 break with solid spin and some feel. Good athlete who ran a 6.92 sixty. Low hand set at the plate with an upper cut swing plane and strength in his swing. Interesting pitcher with athleticism and good frame. Lots of potential. Very good student.
