Gabe Tiller is a 2015 C/RHP/SS with a 6-0 170 lb. frame from Loganville, GA who attends Archer HS. Slender athletic build, room to get stronger. Right handed hitter, aggressive swing, turns and lifts, looks for the ball in, has some raw bat speed and shows leverage and some gap power, good extension, will be vulnerable on the outside half. Compact arm action behind the plate, some developing arm strength, shows quick feet and a quick exchange in games, 2.16 best pop time, can also play the infield. Also pitched, simple delivery, stays tall, arm works well, high 3/4's release, mid 70's fastball, mostly straight, soft curveball, throws strikes and competes. Good student.

Loose swing, quick hands to the ball, generates some bat speed, line drive swing plane, consistent hard contact, mid field to opposite field, sound swing mechanics, occasionally collapses back side. Good footwork behind the plate, gains ground on throws, accurate arm with developing arm strength, tends to stand up to throw, 2.17 best pop time. Also pitched, compact arm action, 3/4's arm slot, fastball to 75 mph, good curveball with nice depth, mixed his pitches and competed. Young player with lots of potential.
