Parker Kelly is a 2015 SS/RHP with a 5-10 160 lb. frame from Portland, OR who attends Westview. Lean athletic young build. Good lateral agility defensively, athletic actions, solid footwork. Has some things to clean up in defensive mechanics but flashed the talent to develop into a high level defender. Hits from a slightly open stance with high hand set, toe tap trigger, stays open. Generally maintains balance well at the plate, gets extension, long swing, solid present bat speed, bat projects. Smooth delivery on the mound, 3/4 slot, stays tall in back, online delivery, works fast, attacks hitters, throws strikes, 11-5 break on curveball. Potential to develop into a quality prospect.
