Behind the plate Fletcher was comfortable, solid actions, receives well, quick transfer and release, has the tools to improve, and popped 1.88 in workout. Contact approach at plate, good balance, stays inside ball well, and barrels up consistently. Pitches from a 3/4 arm slot, short arm action, some effort to it, arm side run on fastball, good depth on SL, very good stuff. Fletcher also excels in the classroom.
