Rhett Carroll is a 2015 OF/RHP with a 5-8 125 lb. frame from Jackson, GA who attends Jackson HS. Young slender build, minimal present strength. 7.46 runner, athletic actions in the outfield, moves through the ball well, accurate throws with good carry. Right handed hitter, moves in hard to contact, front side hitter, backside tends to fly off, line drive swing plane, spray contact to all fields. Also pitched, long arm circle, 3/4's arm slot, tends to bounce on back leg during delivery, effort release, has some arm speed. Upper 70's fastball, topped at 81 mph, some arm side running action, soft curveball spin, will flash depth at times. Good athlete, will improve with mechanical adjustments and additional strength.

Rhett Carroll is a 2015 OF/RHP with a 5-6 125 lb. frame from Jackson, GA who attends Jackson HS. Smaller frame, young look, has some strength for size. Good outfield actions, moves through the ball well, good footwork, loose athletic actions, fluid release, has the beginnings of some arm strength. Right handed hitter, pull upper cut swing, drops back shoulder and gets on heels, tries to lift and pull, shows some bat speed/hand quickness. Also pitched, long arm action, 3/4's arm slot, not consistent with release point yet. Mid 70's fastball, topped out at 77 mph, good arm side run at times, soft curveball, some developing feel for change up, very athletic defensively off the mound. Good athlete who should keep improving.
