Larry Edwards is a 2013 MIF with a 5-9 175 lb. frame from Moore, OK who attends Southmoore HS. Compact build, good strength for age. Switch hitter, bit better bat speed and extension from the left side, has strength in his left handed swing, good hitting rhythm. Shorter right handed, quick hands, contact/line drive approach, good balance, different approaches but talent both ways. 7.93 runner, long actions defensively, soft hands, charges the ball well, some carry to throws, will have to work on overall quickness. Also pitched, high 3/4's arm slot, long arm action, some cross body at release, straight mid 70's fastball, good knuckleball, some depth to curveball.
