Dominic Alfano is a 2015 2B/SS, OF with a 5-7 115 lb. frame from Farmington, CT who attends Farmington. Very young player who will improve as he fills out and continues to add strength. Showed the footwork to play the middle infield during workout drills. Gets to balls and has some feel with a solid transfer and release. Throws from low slot with accuracy and more arm strength to come with strength. Right-handed hitter who hits from a wide base with minimal pre-swing movement. Hits with a line drive swing plane and gets good extension. Middle of the field approach, comfortable hitting the ball the other way. More to come as body matures and he adds strength. Excellent student.
