Scott Tiemeyer is a 2005 RHP from Phenix City, AL. He is a 6'1" right handed pitcher with a lean upper half, broad shoulders, long arms and muscular hips and legs. He has a smooth, easy delivery with a good upper body coil and rotation and strong drive to home plate. Tiemeyer’s fastball was consistent in the 81-83 mph range with good boring action and he’s projectable to add velocity as he fills in his upper half. He also threw 86 mph from the outfield during workouts with a long, loose throwing stroke. Tiemeyer threw a 67-70 mph curveball and 71 mph change up that had some quality to them. Scott should end up throwing upper 80s and has a very good feel for the mound. He can hit too!
