William (Will) Small is a 2013 RHP/OF, MIF with a 5-10 165 lb. frame from Atlanta, GA who attends Holy Innocents Episcopal HS. Medium athletic frame. Throws from a 3/4 arm slot on the mound, short arm action, back turn delivery, repeats delivery, ball gets on the hitter quick, works quick, good tempo, good command, fastball has arm side run, slider has late break, keeps hitters off-balance. Has a quick release from the infield, moves through the ball, good actions, arm works. Has good arm strength in the outfield, has carry on throws, good feet, good actions, fluid actions. Starts with low hands at the plate, has a short compact swing, good bat speed, contact approach. Has good overall speed and is a good student.
