Carlos Bermudez is a 2011 RHP with a 6-8 197 lb. frame from Ancon Panama City, PAN who attends Instituto Justo Arosemena HS. Very long and loose build, has some present strength. High leg raise delivery, compact arm action in back, good extension in front, quick coming through, high 3/4's release point, throws downhill. Fastball to 85 mph, mostly straight, tends to leave fastball up, maintained fastball well. Soft spinning curveball, throws it for strikes, change up still developing. Plenty of potential to keep improving.
