James Heck is a 2012 RHP/3B, MIF with a 6-3 180 lb. frame from St Louis Park, MN who attends Benilde St Margaret's. Interesting two-way player with a tall lean build. Showed well on the mound with a good online delivery with a clean finish. Showed a Curveball with 1-7 break, tight spin and solid feel. Good command of the strike zone, projects to increase velocity with physical maturity and we expect him to make big strides as a Pitcher. Also showed good contact skills at the plate, ability to drive the ball the opposite way well.
