Josh DeLoach is a 2012 C/OF with a 5-11 175 lb. frame from Rockwall, TX who attends Rockwall HS. Solid athletic frame. 6.85 runner, athletic actions, solid defensively both in the OF and at catcher. Flexible low set behind the plate, shows arm strength, receives very well, accurate throws, can shorten release, 2.03 best pop. Good range and routes in the outfield. Upper half rotational swing, shows some raw bat speed, ball comes off the barrel well, good strength in his hands, will need to shorten up and use his lower half better. Should keep improving.
