Zachary Haynes is a 2012 RHP/ with a 6-3 195 lb. frame from Nicholasville, KY who attends Lexington Catholic. Long athletic build. Arm works well, quick arm, good fastball command, works ahead, sets up secondary stuff well. Two seam runs hard with good sinking action. Good downer break on 11-5 curveball with fast spin, flashed a solid changeup. Very good pick move to first, has pitchability, feel for curveball. Tools to hit as well, quick bat, low hand set, lacks balance, hard line drives, swing needs work but good hitter as well. Very good student.

Zachery Haynes is a 2012 RHP/1B, 3B with a 6-2 180 lb. frame from Nicholasville, KY who attends Lexington Catholic. He has a medium frame with athleticism. On the mound, he showed arm side run on his fastball and an online, easy delivery. He had good command of his fastball, Also showed feel for 3 off-speed pitches. His slider has short, late break, and his changeup is down in zone with sink. Good actions and arm from infield, showed well at 3B during games. At plate, he starts with a deep load and maintains good balance throughtout. His swing is level with good extension and he takes his hands to ball well. Interesting follow.
