Aaron Quintanilla is a 2012 MIF with a 5-9 128 lb. frame from Houston, TX who attends Clear Lake HS. Small slender build, developing strength. 6.95 runner, primary infielder but moved very well in the outfield, nice fundamentals, on line accurate throws, looked like natural outfielder. Soft hands in the infield, accurate throws, will need to quicken feet and release, second base tools. Good hitting mechanics, nice looking swing from a narrow stance, very good balance, keeps in short and compact, consistent line drive contact, finds the barrel, will keep improving with additional strength. Well coached player with clean fundamentals.
