Andrew Bryan is a 2013 C/RHP/OF with a 5-11 185 lb. frame from Lake Charles, LA who attends Sam Houston HS. Strong compact medium build. 7.10 runner, agile and athletic behind the plate, quick hands and feet, outstanding raw arm strength, 1.95 best pop time, high level catching tools. Right handed hitter, shows strength and bat speed at the plate, rotational swing but uses hands out front, mid to opposite field approach, can drive the ball to the RCF gap, stays through contact well, sound overall approach. Also pitched, balanced on line delivery, over the top release point, some effort on release with recoil. Fastball to 88 mph, occasional upper 70's slider with short break.
