Kevin Hull is a 2011 LHP with a 6-4 180 lb. frame from Cypress, TX who attends Cy-Fair HS. Slender projectable build, broad shoulders, thin hips. Low hand delivery, long extended arm action, extended 3/4's release, loose out front, good angle to the plate. Fastball 82-84 mph, maintained velo very well, FB straight but moves it around, lots of swing/misses on FB. Good spin/depth on low 70's curveball, not consistent on CB release, solid pitch when released properly. Some feel for straight change. Knows how to pitch, should improve if he can get stronger. Good student.
