Chris Ramsey is a 2013 OF/LHP with a 5-10 175 lb. frame from Hilliard, OH who attends Hilliard Darby HS. Medium athletic build, some present strength. Tall stance, high hands, simple and direct swing mechanics, loose swing with extension, gets good plate coverage, hits it to all fields, best contact pulling, some bat speed, could attack the ball more aggressively. 7.26 runner, good outfield actions, accurate throws. Also pitched, rotational delivery, inconsistent mechanics, varies release point from 3/4's to side arm. Fastball topped out at 75 mph, sweeping slider with occasional depth. Good student.
