Connor Sears is a 2013 1B/RHP, 3B, OF with a 6-3 180 lb. frame from Del Mar, CA who attends The Bishop's School. Sears has a large frame with a tall projectable build. His feet work well defensively and moves well around the bag at 1B. He Is a good target at 1B and can pick the ball. At the plate, Sears uses a knee lift trigger to start his swing and has an aggressive approach. He uses a middle of the field approach and has developing hitting tools. Sears pitches from a 3/4 arm slot with a long arm action. He has a balanced inline delivery and finishes fairly upright. He has more velocity in there with a few tweaks. Very good student.
