Riley Reynolds is a 2008 MIF with a 6'1'', 160 lb. frame from Lee' Summit, MO who attends Blue Springs South HS. He has a slender, lean build and a young look for his age. Reynolds is a fluid and smooth defensive player with very good body control and balance. He has the ability to make plays on the move and accurate throws from all arm angles. He projects at second base in the future and showed quick hands on his double play turns. Reynolds is a left handed hitter, always a plus for a middle infielder, who hits from a tall stance with a simple line drive swing. He has good balance and rhythm to his swing and is able to make consistent solid contact. Reynolds shows a bit of strength in his swing now which should grow as he gets bigger and stronger. He's a good runner and showed advanced base running instincts. Reynolds won't do anything flashy but is a solid all round player who knows how to play. He is also a very good student.

Riley Reynolds is a MIF from Lees Summit, MO with 7.03 speed, who is a very good game day player. A 6-0/140 (2006) player who hit well in the games as well as in batting practice. He is a game time hitter who makes good hard contact. He has good pull power with more to come. Strength development will really show at the plate. He is still developing defensive skills and showed average arm strength and glove work. At the plate, he is a right handed hitter with knee lift trigger and pull line drive power. With average use of his lower half there is much more power and bat speed waiting to develop. He is a great guy for some one who needs a top level bat in the line up. Reynolds also pitched at this event. He showed very good arm strength by hitting 78 mph with his fastball. He also threw a curveball at 61 mph and a change up at 68 mph. Riley was named to the Top Prospect game and is an excellent student with a 3.8 gpa.
