Taylor MacAskill is a 2011 C/OF/RHP with a 5'10'', 142 lb. frame from Thunder Bay, ON who attends Superior Collegiate/Voc. Institute. Small young frame and build. Low set up receiving, one spot receiver, needs coaching on footwork and shifting, throws have some carry, 2.15 best pop time. Inside out swing with late hand hitch, line drive plane, would benefit from more strength. Also pitched, simple step and throw delivery, stays balanced, 3/4's release, threw only fastballs, some sink when low, topped at 75 mph. Good student.
