Richard is a young player who is not as big and strong as he will be at maturity.. He is a good contact type hitter. He impressed us with his great attitude. Seems to be a very hard worker who will improve his weaknesses and further develop his strengths. Plays a good outfield and should end up with plenty of arm. Someone to watch develop.
