Persutti is an "04" 2B/RHP with a nice arm. At 5'8/165 he's not the biggest, but he can hit and throw. He's not a burner on the bases, but he knows what he's doing. He shows nice hands and a good arm from anywhere in the infield. He's a "get it done" type player. He swings the bat well. Has a mid field approach with nice loose hands. On the mound he threw low 80s with life. His breaking ball showed nice spinning action in the middle 60s. He also flashed a nice 69 mph change up with pretty good deception. Rick is another of the Star students who were in Wareham. He carries a 3.5 GPA with a great 1500 SAT.
