Zack Speer is a 2011 RHP/ with a 6-4 230 lb. frame from Bellaire, TX who attends Episcopal HS. Tall body with some present strength. Pitches from 3/4 arm slot, takes ball down by hip and hides ball well to hitters, stays tall during delivery, FB has good tailing action and occasional sink, 11 to 5 tilt on CB, flashed some split with nice fade, off speed pitches more effective when his body was closed at delivery. Should keep improving.
