Richard Lacell is a 2013 RHP/MIF with a 6-1 181 lb. frame from Fort Myers, FL who attends Cypress Lake. Long lean build, athletic, room to fill. Pitches from 3/4 arm slot, long arm action, attacks the strike zone, solid tailing action on 2-seamer. Quality changeup, good depth on 11-5 curveball, has an idea how to pitch, works both sides of the plate, showed pitchability. Threw well from OF, up to 89, quick hands and actions in infield, accurate throws. Hits from an open stance, balanced swing, contact approach. Good student.
