Pedro Garcia is a 2007 MIF/3B with a 5'10'', 140 lb. frame from Toa Baja PR, who attends PR BB Academy HS. He has a young, lean build on a medium frame. He's quick and light on his feet and plays faster than his 7.31 speed in the 60. He showed nice range at second base and has nice body control. His arm strength works best at second base. Offensively, Garcia hits out of an open stance with a high hand set up. He has surprising bat speed and quickness for his size and is very short and crisp to the ball. He made solid line drive contact to all fields and looks like a high average/high contact type of hitter. He might even develop some alley power down the road. He knows how to hit and hits with confidence.

Pedro Garcia is a 2007 infielder from Toa Baja PR with a lean body and the young looking features at 5 ft. 8 142 pounds. He hits with a high elbow and a closed stance. He has a good flow through the ball and gets good extension on his finish. He has good bat speed and swung the wood well. He has good quick hands on defense with nice feet. He showed good range, and made 2 tough diving plays during the games. Arm strength is good for his size and age. He has lots of room to grow and get stronger which makes him a very interesting prospect to watch as he matures.
