Matt Hall is a 2012 LHP/1B with a 6-1 194 lb. frame from Lee's Summit, MO who attends Lee's Summit West HS. Medium athletic build with good present strength. Simple back turn delivery, tends to land closed and spin off on his heal, high 3/4's arm slot, good downhill angle. Steady mid 80's fastball, mostly straight but works fastball to spots well. Hard curveball spin with big 1/7 shape and good sharpness at times, rare change up but shows promising feel with some fade. Good arm with potential to improve with delivery adjustments. Wide left handed stance, stays back well and attacks ball, line drive plane, stays inside the ball, hard contact, sound hitting fundamentals. Good student. Signed with Missouri State
