Connor Teykl is a 2012 SS/RHP with a 6-3 188 lb. frame from Sugar Land, TX who attends Kempner HS. Tall slender build, high waist, lots of room to fill out. Left handed hitter, nice balance in swing, good load and flow through contact, open stance, looks to pull, shows bat speed and power potential, quick hands, solid overall approach, squares it up hard and will keep improving. 7.21 runner, compact arm stroke, good release, throws carry, circles the ball well. Also pitched, short arm action, 3/4's relesae, low effort delivery, good pace. Fastball to 81 mph, good curveball with hard spin, throws strikes and has an idea how to pitch. Good student. Named to the Top Prospect team.
