Myles Proe is a 2006 right handed pitcher/first baseman from Mills, Massachusetts, with a 6'1", 195 pound frame with long limbs. He throws his 71 mph fastball over the top at a slightly downhill angle. Proe has good control of his 60 mph curveball with a 12 to 6 break. Offensively, he is a good contact hitter with a slight uppercut, and a controlled, aggressive swing. Defensively, Proe had average hands and footwork around the first base bag. We feel his future will be on the mound as his tall frame matures. Myles is a very good student.
