Gers is a 2005 3B/OF from Ambler, PA with a 6'1"/175 pound frame. He showed good arm strength topping out at 80 mph in the infield and 83 mph from the outfield with good accuracy and carry. He also showed his atleticism as he adapted to both infield and outfield positions well, and he ran a 7.25 in the 60. He has a nice, relaxed stance at the plate, with an aggressive middle-of-the-field approach. He is a gap to gap line drive hitter and has some power potential. Has a chance to be very good at the next level.
