Stoklosa is one of the rare prospects from the state of Wyoming and he showed us and himself that he could compete with the players from California and Arizona. He’s a live bodied athlete who is a very good defensive outfielder at all 3 positions. Stoklosa’s arm strength is close to big league average right now and he showed us very good instincts moving to the ball. His 60 time was 7.30 but he played much faster than that. At the plate, Stoklosa generates good bat speed with a line drive stroke that looks to pull the ball. We also liked the way that Stoklosa competed, he doesn’t have a bit of "back down" to him and did everything very aggressively.

In a workout filled with top underclassmen, Stoklosa emerged as one of the top all around talents. He still has growing to do but showed ability that matches up with some of the bigger and older players. He hails from baseball-neglected Wyoming and his body is a good lean-athletic type. As an outfielder he showed good easy defensive actions, threw with 80 mph velocity and covered ground quickly. He has a good arm action from the outfield that also looked good on the hill. He was clocked at 7.15 in the 60 and runs without max effort. His bat was impressive with a smooth swing from an open stance that worked for him. He struck the ball hard in BP and attacked pitchers in the games. On the hill he even showed some pitchability with a 76-78 mph fastball, 65 mph big-breaking curve and a 72 mph change-up. He is advanced for his age and area He was the first one at the field and the last one to leave the park, and he came ready to compete!
