Kyle Woytek is a 2006 right handed pitcher/first baseman from Union-Endicott HS in Endicott, New York, with a tall 6'4"/198 pound frame. As a right handed pitcher, he throws from a 3/4 arm slot with long and loose arm action. Woytek has a deliberate delivery and stays balanced throughout. He has good tempo and rhythm in his mechanics. He compliments his 81 mph fastball with a 74 mph changeup. Kyle maintains his arm speed on his change up and it gets swing and groundballs. He also throws an 11-5 breaking curveball at 60 mph. Woytek is a good student.

Woytek is a wide shouldered 6-4, 195 lb right handed pitcher from New York. He has plenty of room to fill out and looks like he could be a very strong athlete with time. Woytek throws from a high ¾’s arm slot with a very long, extended arm stroke. He shows the ball in back during in his delivery and has some arm lag. Woytek’s fastball was in the 76-77 area and he threw a 64 mph curveball and 71 mph change up. He did a nice job throwing strikes and going after hitters aggressively. With his body and strength, Woytek looks like he should be throwing much harder and would probably do so right now if he could find a way to make his arm stroke more compact and more in sync with his delivery. He’s worth following because of his size and potential. Woytek is a good student.
